SCHOLARSHIP GUIDELINES 

Scholarship Applicant Requirements To qualify:

• Be enrolled in a nationally accredited nursing program or advanced practice program included LPN, RN, BSN, APRN, CRNA, FNP etc
• Have resided in United States for at least one (1) year and must reside in United States throughout the term of the scholarship.
• Transcript from the college you are attending. GPA requirements are as follows: 

Undergraduate: 2.5 minimum GPA 

Graduate: 3.0 minimum GPA 

• Potential for contribution to the nursing profession and community. This can be completed in the scholarship application letter listed below.
• Membership in the Conservative Nurses of America organization
• Proof of acceptance into a Nursing related program
• Completion of application packet listed below. 
• It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that current school transcripts are delivered to the CNoA Foundation by the deadline date listed by semester.

Spring- January 1, Summer- May 1, Fall- August 1

Please do not call before 14 days after the deadline to see if you have received a scholarship

Recipients consent to the publication and public distribution, including through news media and websites, of the announcement of scholarship funding (including digital photos), either as part of promotional activities or for other educational processes. The Conservative Nurses of America Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)6 organization

Scholarship Checklist:

1. Scholarship application Letter (see example below)

2. Proof of residency in the United States. Copy of photo ID preferred

3. College transcript with minimum GPA

4. Proof of acceptance into Nursing related program

5. Proof of membership in the Conservative Nurses of America organization

Award email will be sent within 14 days after deadline for that semester.
