Founding Member and Vice President, Conservative Nurses of America. Noah Visel is a founding member and Vice President of Conservative Nurses of America, bringing over 11 years of nursing experience. He has helped shape the organization’s mission and growth, fostering collaboration, advocacy, and education among nurses nationwide. With a strong commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and professional development, Mr. Visel contributes valuable frontline insight into the nursing profession. He remains dedicated to empowering nurses and supporting their role in shaping healthcare policy and practice.

Kelly Aldred

Kelly is a member of the CNA board, 12 years background as a Registered Nurse and recently graduated as a APRN degree. Kelly is committed to ongoing professional growth, staying current with best practices in modern nursing, advocating for patients' rights while emphasizing integrity, accountability, and faith based clinical practice.
